Norm was truly a sweet man and an endearing soul with a big and golden heart. He will be missed by many people. I am sure though that now he has been reunited with former fellow car enthusiasts such as Jerry Koebel and Bill Haddow there will be a new chapter of the Commancheros in the works.

I have known Greeny my whole life. Some of the best stories my Dad, George Krieger tells involve hanging out with Ron. Greeny truly was a good guy! It could be years where I hadn't seen him but within seconds it was like no time had pasted. We left Listowel when I was still very young but anytime we would go back Ron was always one of the smiling faces we would go visit. It wasn't until last night when Dad called me to tell me Ron passed away that I got to thinking, in 2006 we came up to the Comanchero's Greaser Weekend car show where I received my first car show trophy and it was present to me by none other then the man behind the microphone, Mr. "Norm" Green. I will cherish that memory fore ever and this picture to me really captures what Ron was all about, making people laugh. Our family would like to send our condolences to Ron's family during this difficult time. Greeny will always be remembered in our family. Our deepest sympathies, from the Krieger family.

Everyone who knew Ron (alias Norm, Greeny) has very special memories . He stood up with us at our wedding.The name "Norm" came from the song Spirit in the Sky sang by Norman Greenbaum back inthe early 70's. We hadn't kept in touch in the last few years but memories come flooding back. RIP Norm, keep a cold one for me someday

Not really a story but fact. To me and my siblings he was and always will be Uncle Norm. He was a big part of my life growing up. He introduced me to the car show world maybe the odd beverage but most importantly that you don't have to be blood to be family. I am going to miss you little buddy.
